Plan de viaje - Travel Plan

Los días pasan inexorablemente y el momento de partir se acerca. Uno tiene la sensación de que no va a tener tiempo de hacer todo lo que tiene qué hacer, preparar todo para el viaje y dejar aquí todo bien atado, despedirse de todo el mundo para decirles al menos hasta luego. Hoy quería compartir con vosotros mi plan de viaje. Para hacerlo más difícil, finalmente no vuelo directamente a Sao Paulo sino que primero realizaré una tournée por todos los países de Latinoamérica donde mi empresa, Zurich, tiene negocio y a cuyos equipos locales tendré que coordinar.

Days pass inexorably and the departure moment is arriving. I have the feeling that I won't have time to do everything that has to be done, prepare the trip and leave here everything tied, say goodbye to everyone, at least a see you soon. Today I want to share with you my Travel Plan. To make it more difficult I'm not flying directly to Sao Paulo but first I will make a round trip by all Latam countries  where my Company, Zurich, does business and whose local teams I will have to coordinate.

La primera etapa de mi viaje es México DF a donde vuelo el día 2 de noviembre y donde permaneceré hasta el domingo 6. El día 2 de Noviembre es el DIA DE MUERTOS allí en Méjico, una gran fiesta que será muy interesante compartir aunque espero no sea un mal presagio....

First stage of my trip is México DF where I'm flying 2nd November and where I will stay until Sunday 6. November the 2nd is the "Day of Deaths" in México, a great celebration that will be very interesting to share, although I hope it won't be a bad omen... 


El lunes 7 de noviembre viajaré a Caracas, capital de Venezuela, donde permaneceré solo dos días. De allí, al día siguiente hacia Santiago de Chile, pero como no hay vuelo directo tendré que efectuar una escala con cambio de avión incluido en Lima, capital del Perú. Dos días más en Santiago y salto hacia Buenos Aires, capital de Argentina. Allí estaré hasta el día 15, y espero que alguien de mi equipo Regional que allí se encuentra me pasee un poco por la ciudad durante el fin de semana!

Monday 7th Novmber I will travel to Caracas, Venezuela, where I will stay only for two days. From there, the day after, to Santiago de Chile. However, as there is not a direct flight, I will make a stopover at Lima, Perú, airport. Two more days in Santiago and then jumping to Buenos Aires, Argentina, where I will stay until the 15th, and where I'm hoping that someone of my Regional team, that are located there, will take me for a round in the city during the weekend.

Y por fin el 16 de noviembre aterrizaré en Sao Paulo, eso sí, como un turista más hasta que no disponga de permiso de trabajo y residencia. Por esa razón estaré allí solo unos días, viajando a Londres el 28 de noviembre y de allí a Barcelona....y vuelta a empezar! Son tantos los kilómetros que voy a recorrer, tantos los vuelos a tomar, las maletas que se pueden perder, y tantas las comidas plastificadas que tendré que comer...que antes de empezar ya estoy cansado!

And finally on the 16t November I will land in Sao Paulo, as a tourist meanwhile I get the working visa. For that reason I will be there only a few days travelling to London the 28th and from there to Barcelona....and start again!  So many miles I'm going to fly, so many flights to take, so many baggage to lose, and so many plastic meals to eat...that before starting I'm already tired.



Pero al fin y al cabo, la aventura es la aventura!!. At the end, adventure is adventure!!
