La ventaja de ser un turista solitario es que tienes todo el tiempo del mundo para conocer la ciudad que estas visitando. El sábado, como miles de paulistas, fuimos con Jose Vicente a conocer las playas más cercanas, en Guarujà. Se trata en realidad de tres playas: Enseada, Pernambuco y Perequé, muy largas, concurridas, bastante urbanizadas y llenas de chiringuitos (quiosques). Aunque están solo a 88 km de la ciudad te toma como minimo dos horas llegar y eso si tienes suerte.
The advantage to be a lonely tourist is that you have plenty of time to know the city you are visitng. On Saturday, like thousands of Paulistas do, we went to know the nearest beaches, in Guarujà. They are in fact three: Enseada, Pernambuco and Perequé, very long, quite busy, higly urbanized and plenty of beach bars (quiosques). Still they are only at 88 km from the city it takes you at least two hours to arrive, and that if you're lucky.
El domingo lo he dedicado a hacer un poco de deporte e ir, medio corriendo, medio caminando, hasta el enorme y precioso parque de Ibirapuera, pasaer por el barrio de Vila Nova Conceçiao, visitar el impresionante monumento a los Bandeirantes y admirar la moderna arquitectura que puede encontrarse en SP.
I spent Sunday going half running half walking to the large and nice park of Ibirapuera, walk around the Vila Nova Conceiçao neighborhood, watch the impressive monument to Bandeirantes and admire the moder achitecture that you can find in SP.
En las siguientes fotos podeis verme junto al monumento y junto a algunos árboles impresionantes que no había visto en mi vida, o, al menos, tan grandes!
